Terms and Conditions

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version of these terms is the legally binding one.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. The contracting party is Doglio e.U., Breitenfurter Straße 89/8, 1120 Vienna, Austria.

2. Formation of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking “Buy now” you place a binding order. The order confirmation sent by email constitutes acceptance of your offer.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights under Austrian law (ABGB) apply. The warranty period is 2 years from handover of the goods.

7. Liability

We accept unlimited liability for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, as far as legally permissible. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.

9. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
